📦 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on:

Opened wipes, foams, sprays

Used poop bags

Any product that has been opened or shows signs of use
🔄 Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake is on our side.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
