📦 Eligibility for returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused , unopened , and in their original packaging.

• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for:

• Open wipes, foams or sprays

• The poop bags used

• Any product that has been opened or shows signs of use

🔄 Exchanges

If you have received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it free of charge .
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, attaching photos of the problem .

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be issued to your original payment method .
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing.

Delivery charges are non-refundable , except in the case of an error on our part.

🚚 Return fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect .
